Na zona entre Altura e a Praia Verde, no Algarve, vai surgir um novo resort de luxo, o Verdelago Resort, num investimento global estimado em 270 milhões de euros.
A €270 million nature resort – including a five-star hotel and hundreds of apartments, townhouses and villas – is coming to life in the Eastern Algarve, just a stone’s throw away from Verdelago beach in Castro Marim.
This new luxury nature resort in the Algarve will have an investment of 270 million euros.
Um parque verde com 70 hectares, dois dos quais ocupados por um lago. Será neste parque que nascerá um Centro de Interpretação, Proteção e Valorização Ambiental para preservar o camaleão, uma das espécies protegidas do país.
Este projeto vai ser desenvolvido em várias fases entre sete a 10 anos, englobando também um aldeamento turístico e um hotel de 5 estrelas, com um total de 2020 camas e criará cerca de 600 postos de trabalho diretos e permanentes.
